About this register
This register is run by an independent SEO and publishing practice, not a spa chain, a franchise, or a lead broker. We build and maintain data-driven directories for a living, and this is one of them. Being independent means no client owns the list, no advertiser sets the order, and no spa can pay to look better than its Google data says it is.
We built this because the med spa directory space is mostly noise. Too many sites are pay-to-play, where the spas that buy ads sit on top, and too many fill the page with stock photos of strangers in towels. That helps no one who's actually trying to choose. Our answer is plain on purpose: start with real Google data, organize it clearly, and let the numbers speak.
Our standards are simple. We don't invent imagery or pass off stock models as real clients. Every rating and review count is attributed to Google, the source it came from. We don't publish outcome claims or medical advice, because that isn't our lane. And when we get something wrong, we'd rather hear about it and fix it, so corrections are always welcome at our inbox.
Methodology
How this register is kept
Every listing here starts with a public Google Business Profile, the same page you'd find on Google Maps. We harvest those profiles for the places that describe themselves as medical spas, then normalize the names, addresses, categories, hours, and Google ratings into one consistent format. The data reflects what was public as of July 2026, and we refresh it on a rolling basis as we expand coverage into new metros.
We don't take payment to change the data. A spa can't buy a higher rating, a better sort position, or a quiet edit to its numbers, because the figures come from Google, not from us. Listings are informational, not endorsements: appearing here isn't a recommendation, and it doesn't mean we've visited or vetted the practice. Nothing on the site is medical advice, and for anything clinical you should talk to a licensed provider.
If something looks wrong, like a closed location, a moved address, or an outdated phone number, tell us and we'll check it against the source. Owners who want to correct, update, or claim a listing can reach us the same way. At launch, all of this runs through one inbox: email hello@medicalspaproviders.com with the listing name and city, and we'll follow up. We'd rather fix an error than defend it.
