The Orlando section lists 22 med spas, all inside Orlando city limits. The first 15 came from Google Maps searches for "med spa", "medical spa" and "aesthetics botox filler" run in Orlando on September 24, 2026. Businesses with an Orlando mailing address that actually sit in unincorporated Orange County were left out, as were closed listings, surgical practices, day spas and facial-only studios. Working down from the most Google reviews, each business's website was checked for medical services until 15 qualified, and three were set aside because their address, operating status or storefront could not be confirmed. The other seven on the register were added in October 2026 after further Google Maps searches, each checked against the practice's own website. All 22 average a 4.9 Google rating, are ordered by rating adjusted for review volume, and nobody paid to appear.
Among the 22 on the register, going by Google's neighborhood labels, Southeast Orlando has four, and Central Business District and Northeast Orlando three each. Southeast Orlando holds Modern Beauty Bar, Bijoux Med Spa & Wellness, VIO Med Spa SoDo and CONFIDENTLY Med Spa; Central Business District holds LUXE Med Spa Aesthetics, Nectar Aesthetics Med Spa and Bella Derma Beauty Center. Southwest Orlando, Florida Center and College Park have two each, and Lake Como, North Orange, Baldwin Park, Colonialtown South, Airport North and Millenia one each. These are Google's labels, not ours, and the four spas Google files under Southeast Orlando carry three different ZIP codes (32801, 32806 and 32827), so check the street address too.
Fifteen list Saturday hours: LUXE Med Spa Aesthetics, Evolving Aesthetics, The Vanity Room, Modern Beauty Bar, EZ Aesthetics & Wellness, Natural Glamorous Medspa, One Aesthetics, VIO Med Spa SoDo, Sanctuary Salon & Med Spa, Bella Derma Beauty Center, CONFIDENTLY Med Spa, Healthy Glow Med Spa, Boutiq Medical Clinic, Misk Med Spa & Wellness and Empress Wellness and Aesthetics. None list Sunday hours. For evenings, Sanctuary Salon & Med Spa is open until 8 PM Tuesday through Friday, Modern Beauty Bar until 7 PM Tuesday through Saturday, and Elevate Aesthetics until 7 PM on Thursday. Hours change, so call before you plan around them.
For registered nurses, Florida's answer comes from Board of Nursing orders issued to individual nurses who asked, not from a general rule. In the 2023 and 2024 orders we read, the Board allowed Botox, and in two cases fillers, under a physician's direction, and the May 2024 orders required an MD or DO who can see the injection. Nurse practitioners (APRNs) work under a written protocol with a supervising physician unless registered for autonomous primary care, and whether cosmetic injections count as primary care is not clearly addressed, and physician assistants work under physician supervision. Whether a licensed practical nurse may inject is not clearly addressed. The Orlando guide on this site covers the detail.
Use the Florida Department of Health's MQA Search Portal. Its license verification covers medical doctors, osteopathic physicians, physician assistants, registered and practical nurses, APRNs and electrologists, and it shows discipline and administrative actions. The Florida Board of Medicine and the Board of Nursing oversee most of those licenses. Facial specialists and salons fall under the Board of Cosmetology at a different agency, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and appear in the DBPR Licensing Portal's license search. Ask the spa for the full name and license type of the person treating you before you search.
