The Omaha section includes 15 medical spas. They were found through Google Maps searches for medical spa, med spa, Botox and aesthetics practices in Omaha (October 2026). Each practice's own website was checked for medical aesthetic services and a named clinician or medical oversight, and a reviewed photo of the current location was required. Surgical-only practices, IV-only lounges, day spas, salons and esthetician-only studios were excluded. The cohort averages a 4.9 Google rating, with 7 practices holding a 5.0 rating. Listings are ordered using confidence-weighted ratings that balance star rating against review volume. No practice paid for placement on this register.
According to Google neighborhood designations, West Omaha holds the most, with eight: Ageless Skin Co., très j Medspa, G2 Aesthetics, ARC Aesthetics, ELE'VI Skin & Medical Aesthetics, Artisan Aesthetics, Bare Body Shop, and Preventative Medical Clinic. Two more share the next spot with two each: Millard (The Look Aesthetics and Preventative Medical Clinic) and Central Omaha (Omaha Cosmetic Center by Imagen and Midwest Dermatology Clinic). Westside has one listing: 4Ever Young. Two listings carry no neighborhood label: Advanced Dermatology Of The Midlands and Laura Trapp Aesthetics.
Six of the 15 practices publish Saturday hours: Ageless Skin Co., très j Medspa, G2 Aesthetics, ARC Aesthetics, ELE'VI Skin & Medical Aesthetics, and Artisan Aesthetics. None of the practices list Sunday hours. For evening treatments, 3 clinics operate until 7 PM or later on select days: G2 Aesthetics, ELE'VI Skin & Medical Aesthetics, and Bare Body Shop. Confirm current operating hours directly with each clinic prior to visiting.
The Nebraska Board of Nursing's advisory opinion on Aesthetic Nursing, adopted in October 2021, says it is for information only and is non-binding. It lists neuromodulators such as Botox and dermal fillers among its Level III procedures. Registered nurses may perform them only after assessment, diagnosis and prescription, with supervision by a licensed practitioner. At Level III that supervision is direct, meaning the practitioner is physically present in the facility. The opinion says aesthetic procedures may not be delegated to unlicensed persons and standing orders are not acceptable. The state's cosmetology and esthetics board says esthetics is practiced on the epidermis, and services below it, into the dermis, are outside that scope.
The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Licensee Information page links to a tool to look up individual licensee information. That tool is the License Information System, which has an Individual Search. DHHS says certification and verification information can be obtained online through it. Physicians and osteopathic physicians are licensed in Nebraska under the Medicine and Surgery Practice Act, and nurses fall under the Nebraska Board of Nursing. Estheticians fall under the Board of Cosmetology, Electrology, Esthetics, Nail Technology and Body Art, whose advisory statements DHHS publishes. Ask your provider for their full name and license type before treatment.
