Medical spas in San Antonio, TX

San Antonio has 27, all inside city limits, and they average a 4.8 Google rating. For the first 15, we searched Google Maps on September 24, 2026 for "med spa", "medical spa" and "aesthetics botox filler", checked each business's map location against the U.S. Census geocoder, and removed closed listings, surgical practices, day spas and facial-only studios. Working down from the most Google reviews, we then checked each business's own website for medical services until 15 qualified. The other 12 were added in October 2026 after further Google Maps searches, each checked against the practice's own website. Hiatus Day Spa • Med Spa is filed by Google as a day spa, but its website says the spa has a med spa room, and its med spa page lists filler and microneedling, so it stayed. Nobody paid to be listed, and inclusion is not an endorsement.

Google's neighborhood labels spread the 27 widely. Stone Oak has six, Tobin Hill and Northwest Side four each, Far North Central three and San Antonio International Airport Vicinity two, while Cielo Vista, Lone Star, Monte Vista, Dreamhill Estates, Dominion, Friends of Friedrich Wilderness, Northeast Inner Loop and Olmos Park Terrace have one each. Grouped more simply, nine sit on the North Side under the Stone Oak and Far North Central labels, and five are under Tobin Hill and Monte Vista. Eight are in the northwest, in the 78240 and 78257 ZIP codes, under the Northwest Side, Cielo Vista, Dreamhill Estates, Dominion and Friends of Friedrich Wilderness labels, and six of those give addresses on I-10. The last five are filed under Lone Star, San Antonio International Airport Vicinity, Northeast Inner Loop and Olmos Park Terrace.

Nineteen of the 27 post Saturday hours on Google, but only two open on Sunday: It's A Secret Med Spa, 10 AM to 5 PM, and Hiatus Day Spa • Med Spa, 10 AM to 7 PM. Hiatus also keeps the latest hours, until 9 PM Monday through Saturday. Khronos MedSpa & Laser is open until 8 PM Wednesday through Friday, and Magnolia Medical & Aesthetics until 8 PM Tuesday through Thursday. It's A Secret, Esthetica Medspa San Antonio, NakedMD Med Spa San Antonio, 4Ever Young, The Injection Room and Dominion Medspa & Salon each reach 7 PM on at least one weekday. Dermalaser MD, DermaTouch RN, both Spa Black locations, Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, Kenneth Yu MD, New Image Plastic Surgery and Revify Med Spa are closed on weekends. Hours change, so call before you go.

The Texas Medical Board treats cosmetic injections as the practice of medicine, which a physician may delegate to a properly trained person while staying responsible for that person's work. Whether that person must hold a license is not settled by the rules we read. When an injection is delegated, Texas Medical Board rules require a signed written protocol, a physician, physician assistant or advanced practice registered nurse onsite or immediately available for emergencies, and a practitioner-patient relationship and medical record before the procedure. The Texas Board of Nursing says nurse practitioners need physician delegation for these treatments, and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation says an esthetician license does not cover injections. Registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses and nurse practitioners are in the Texas Board of Nursing's License Verification Portal. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation's License Data Search covers laser hair removal facilities and professionals and estheticians, and it shows active licenses only.
