The short answer

The right med spa depends on the procedure, practitioner and location you need. These six Houston area practices offer a starting point for comparison. Google review figures are from July 20, 2026; service menus were checked October 12, 2026. Compare current details and practitioner credentials before booking. Inclusion and review order are not endorsements.

Comparing med spas in the Houston area

Start with the full Houston med spa register if you want to browse beyond these six practices. This comparison brings together a small editorial sample with public review data and medical aesthetic services identified on each practice's own website. A spa's presence here does not mean we have visited it or verified its practitioners' licenses.

Choose the service you want to discuss, the location you can realistically return to, and the questions you need answered. Then contact two or three practices. The purpose of this guide is to make that comparison easier, rather than to choose a treatment or clinician for you.

How we selected and ordered these six practices

We selected six listings from this metro's register with at least 100 Google reviews in our stored snapshot and a publicly accessible practice website naming medical aesthetic services. This is a purposive sample, not every qualifying practice and not a census of the city. A clinic absent from the sample may still be suitable for your needs.

The Google ratings and review counts were collected on July 20, 2026 (UTC). We checked the practice websites for the service descriptions on October 12, 2026. Those are different evidence dates: checking a service menu does not refresh the Google review count. Open the Google source links below for current ratings and confirm services directly with the clinic.

Within these six, the order uses the register's weighted score: (Google rating multiplied by review count, plus 25 multiplied by the register's 4.9 average) divided by (review count plus 25). Scores are rounded to nine decimal places, then tied scores are ordered by review count and name. The displayed stars remain the original Google rating. This formula orders review evidence, not treatment safety or clinical competence.

Houston comparison at a glance

The six practices below account for 2,628 Google reviews in the July snapshot. That is a sum of review counts, not a count of unique patients. Someone may review more than one business, and a review may concern customer service or a facial rather than the medical procedure you are considering.

The service column summarizes the practice websites checked for this guide. It does not establish practitioner qualifications, product approval for a particular use or suitability for you. Use the linked listing cards after each description to check the address and contact details.

Houston and Kingwood are different starting points

This register groups Houston, Kingwood and Humble addresses in its Houston metro. Three practices in this sample have Kingwood addresses and three have Houston addresses. We have not measured travel times or checked these locations against municipal boundaries. Use the exact address, rather than the metro heading, to decide which appointments are practical for you.

For example, compare two practices near your own starting point before adding one on the other side of the metro. Ask about return visits and follow-up locations, since a convenient first appointment may still produce an inconvenient course of treatment.

Renove Medical Spa

Renove identifies its practice as being in Kingwood and lists Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling and CoolSculpting among its services. Kingwood is part of this guide's Houston-area coverage, so check the journey from your own starting point before making a shortlist. For a proposed treatment series, ask which appointments require returning to this location and what follow-up is included.

Dream Aesthetics Medspa

Dream Aesthetics lists neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRP and PRF on its Houston service page. The site also has a pricing page, which is a useful place to begin a cost comparison. Request a written, individualized total after the consultation: a menu rate alone does not establish the quantity, product, number of appointments or follow-up your plan includes.

Rose Milk Aesthetics

Rose Milk Aesthetics lists wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, HydraFacial and microneedling on its own website, along with a Houston address. Its mix of injectable and skin services makes the consultation especially important for comparing goals. Ask the practitioner to separate the concern being treated, the proposed procedure and the expected appointment schedule before discussing financing or a package.

4Ever Young Med Spa & Wellness Center - Kingwood

The Kingwood location page for 4Ever Young lists Botox, dermal filler brands, SkinPen microneedling and chemical peels. Use the location-specific page rather than assuming the national brand's whole menu is offered here. Ask which clinician evaluates you, who performs the procedure and which contact you should use if you have a question after the appointment.

River Oaks Galleria Medspa

River Oaks Galleria Medspa's website lists wrinkle relaxers, facials and body contouring. Those service headings support its inclusion in this comparison; the awards and promotional language on its website do not determine the order. Ask the clinic to identify the exact device or injectable in a quote, since a broad category such as body contouring can describe several different appointments.

NakedMD Med Spa Houston

NakedMD's Houston location page names neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRF and microneedling and gives a Timmons Lane address. We checked the Houston page rather than relying only on a national service menu. When comparing branches or brands, verify the address and clinician you will actually see. The Google review snapshot below belongs to this listing, not to every NakedMD location.

Compare the appointment, not just the headline price

Ask each clinic for the product or device name, the expected number of appointments, the proposed total, the consultation charge and what follow-up is included. Keep those answers together so you can compare the same scope. A lower headline price may describe a different product or a smaller appointment.

Use our consultation question checklist to prepare for the visit, and follow the steps for checking provider licenses. For injectables, the state scope of practice guide explains why the injector's license and supervision arrangements are separate questions.

Imagine that one clinic quotes a single appointment and another quotes three visits plus follow-up. Before choosing either, ask for the same proposed scope in writing. If the clinician recommends a different approach after evaluating you, compare the revised plan rather than holding them to a package chosen before the consultation.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best med spa in Houston?

There is no single best practice for every patient or procedure. This guide compares six practices using a dated Google review snapshot and services named on their websites. Use it to prepare a shortlist, then verify the practitioner, treatment plan, location, current price and follow-up arrangements during a consultation.

Are these Google ratings current?

The ratings and review counts in the comparison table are the stored July 20, 2026 snapshot. The practice websites were checked separately on October 12, 2026. Those checks do not refresh the ratings. Follow the Google Business Profile source links to see the latest reviews and contact the clinic for current details.

How should I compare Botox or filler prices?

Request the product name, proposed quantity, total appointment cost, consultation fee and follow-up terms from each clinic. Compare quotes for the same proposed scope. A menu price per unit or syringe is a rate, and your individualized treatment plan may use a different quantity or require additional appointments.

Have the practitioners in this guide been clinically vetted?

No. We checked that the practice websites name medical aesthetic services and linked the corresponding register entries. We have not visited these practices, verified individual licenses or audited clinical outcomes. Look up the actual practitioner and prescriber, ask about relevant experience, and discuss suitability with a licensed healthcare professional.
