The short answer

Start with the procedure and exact office you need, then compare the practitioner and written treatment plan. These 4 practices have medical aesthetic services named on their own websites. Google figures are historical July 20, 2026 snapshots; websites were checked October 13, 2026. Inclusion does not mean clinical vetting.

Comparing med spas in Miami

The Miami med spa register lets you browse beyond this editorial sample. This guide compares 4 practices whose own websites name medical aesthetic services, with each Google rating and count checked against the original collection record. It is a starting point for consultations, not a list of the best clinicians.

If you want a Miami city-only shortlist, leave out the Coral Gables row. The Med Aesthetics record illustrates why: Google supplies a Miami city label while the street address and the practice location page say Coral Gables. Keep the address, branch and review source together when contacting a clinic. No Miami Beach office is included in this sample.

City boundaries, address labels and metro grouping

Three Miami-address practices and one Coral Gables office, labeled separately. Coral Gables and Miami Beach are separate cities, not Miami neighborhoods. A postal or Google city label alone does not establish municipal boundaries. This is a metro comparison, not exhaustive coverage of the City of Miami.

The location column reflects the office identified on the practice website, with a separate-city label where relevant. Directory routes use the metro grouping for navigation; that route does not establish municipal boundaries. Confirm the street, suite and appointment location directly before traveling.

How we selected these 4 practices

We reviewed an editorial sample of register entries with at least 100 stored Google reviews, then required a primary practice website naming medical aesthetic services and an identifiable office. The final count reflects the evidence we could verify, rather than a fixed city quota. This is not every qualifying practice, a city census or a claim about market coverage.

Every star rating and review count in the table matches an original Google collection record from July 20, 2026 (UTC). These are historical snapshots, not current ratings. We checked service websites on October 13, 2026. Checking a menu does not refresh a review count; newer numbers displayed on a clinic website or review widget are not substituted for a direct Google collection. Follow the Google source links below for current reviews.

Within this sample, order uses the register's weighted review score: (rating multiplied by review count, plus 25 multiplied by the register's 4.9 average) divided by (review count plus 25). Scores are rounded to nine decimal places, with ties ordered by review count and name. This organizes review evidence and does not measure clinical skill, treatment safety or suitability. Displayed stars are the original Google average.

We did not visit these practices, verify individual licenses or audit outcomes. A facial-only or massage menu is not enough evidence for inclusion in this medical aesthetic comparison. Brand-wide menus require branch confirmation. The illustrative photograph is not from a compared practice.

Miami comparison at a glance

The 4 entries account for 1,474 Google reviews in the historical snapshot. This is a sum of review counts, not unique patients or procedure-specific outcomes. Reviews may describe customer service, facials or treatments different from the one you want.

Services below are names on practice websites, not independently verified treatment claims. The linked profiles after each description provide contact information. Their stars use the stored register data; the July snapshot date applies to the practices in this guide.

Monaco MedSpa

Monaco MedSpa lists 3440 N Miami Avenue in Midtown and names Botox, fillers, Morpheus8 and microneedling. The page still displays some offers marked valid until September 30, 2026, so they were expired when we checked it. Request a current written quote rather than treating those banners as available prices. Confirm what evaluation, follow-up and additional visits are included.

Arviv Medical Aesthetics Miami

Arviv Medical Aesthetics publishes a Miami-specific page for 3250 NE 1st Avenue, Suite 504. It names injectables, laser hair removal, RF microneedling and chemical peels. Its other Florida locations have separate menus, so keep the Miami address attached to both the quote and the Google source. Ask whether the clinician and device you discuss are available at this office on your intended dates.

Med Aesthetics Miami

Med Aesthetics Miami offers neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Its own Coral Gables location page places this office at 2020 Ponce de Leon Boulevard, Suite 106. The original Google record has a Miami city label, but the street address and practice website identify Coral Gables. This guide labels it as a separate-city option within the metro. Specify Coral Gables when requesting availability instead of assuming an appointment in Miami proper.

Brickell Cosmetic Center-Aesthetics & Dermatology

Brickell Cosmetic Center gives 2730 SW 3rd Avenue, Suite 100, and names Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra and laser hair removal alongside dermatology services. Ask whether you need an aesthetic consultation or a medical dermatology appointment, and which fees apply. The fact that the practice serves Coral Gables and other areas does not mean this particular office is in those municipalities.

Questions that make consultations comparable

Ask: Who will evaluate me, prescribe if needed and perform the procedure? What are their full names and license types? How can I verify their current licenses? Which product or device is proposed for my concern, and what alternatives should I discuss? How will you decide whether to proceed after reviewing my history?

Ask for a written quote naming the product or device, proposed quantity, number of visits, consultation charge and follow-up terms. Ask whether a deposit, membership or package is required, which costs are extra and how cancellations work. This guide publishes no price estimate; an expired offer or a national menu is not a current quote for your appointment.

Ask what preparation and recovery instructions apply to the proposed plan, who answers questions after hours and what to do if a concern arises. A consultation may lead to a different plan or to no treatment. Compare that individualized recommendation, not a package selected before you are assessed.

Use the consultation question checklist and license verification guide to organize your research. The state injector scope guide helps frame questions about the injector and prescribing arrangements. These links support preparation; they do not clinically vet the practices listed here.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best med spa in Miami?

There is no single best practice for every procedure or person. This comparison covers 4 editorially selected practices with a dated Google snapshot and services named on their websites. Compare the actual office, practitioner, proposed treatment and follow-up plan, then confirm current details during a consultation.

Are the Google ratings and review counts current?

No. These figures were collected on July 20, 2026 (UTC) and matched to the original Google records. Practice menus were checked separately on October 13, 2026. A website check does not update the Google data. Follow the linked Google Business Profiles for current ratings and recent review details.

Does this guide cover every med spa inside Miami city limits?

Three Miami-address practices and one Coral Gables office, labeled separately. Coral Gables and Miami Beach are separate cities, not Miami neighborhoods. A postal or Google city label alone does not establish municipal boundaries. This is a metro comparison, not exhaustive coverage of the City of Miami. It is a selected sample, not an exhaustive city list.

How should I compare treatment prices?

Request the product or device, proposed quantity, total cost, number of visits, consultation fee and follow-up terms in writing. Compare the same appointment scope. Ask whether a price requires membership or has expired. This guide does not quote prices because menus and promotions do not establish your individualized cost.

Have these practices been clinically vetted?

No. Inclusion means we found medical aesthetic services on a primary practice website and connected the corresponding Google record and directory profile. We have not verified individual licenses, visited the offices or audited outcomes. Verify the actual practitioner and discuss suitability, alternatives and follow-up with a licensed healthcare professional.
