The short answer

The right med spa depends on the procedure, practitioner and location you need. These six Scottsdale practices offer a starting point for comparison. Google review figures are from July 20, 2026; service menus were checked October 12, 2026. Compare current details and practitioner credentials before booking. Inclusion and review order are not endorsements.

Comparing med spas in Scottsdale

Start with the full Scottsdale med spa register if you want to browse beyond these six practices. This comparison brings together a small editorial sample with public review data and medical aesthetic services identified on each practice's own website. A spa's presence here does not mean we have visited it or verified its practitioners' licenses.

Choose the service you want to discuss, the location you can realistically return to, and the questions you need answered. Then contact two or three practices. The purpose of this guide is to make that comparison easier, rather than to choose a treatment or clinician for you.

How we selected and ordered these six practices

We selected six listings from this metro's register with at least 100 Google reviews in our stored snapshot and a publicly accessible practice website naming medical aesthetic services. This is a purposive sample, not every qualifying practice and not a census of the city. A clinic absent from the sample may still be suitable for your needs.

The Google ratings and review counts were collected on July 20, 2026 (UTC). We checked the practice websites for the service descriptions on October 12, 2026. Those are different evidence dates: checking a service menu does not refresh the Google review count. Open the Google source links below for current ratings and confirm services directly with the clinic.

Within these six, the order uses the register's weighted score: (Google rating multiplied by review count, plus 25 multiplied by the register's 4.9 average) divided by (review count plus 25). Scores are rounded to nine decimal places, then tied scores are ordered by review count and name. The displayed stars remain the original Google rating. This formula orders review evidence, not treatment safety or clinical competence.

Scottsdale comparison at a glance

The six practices below account for 2,928 Google reviews in the July snapshot. That is a sum of review counts, not a count of unique patients. Someone may review more than one business, and a review may concern customer service or a facial rather than the medical procedure you are considering.

The service column summarizes the practice websites checked for this guide. It does not establish practitioner qualifications, product approval for a particular use or suitability for you. Use the linked listing cards after each description to check the address and contact details.

Look Lab Med Spa | Scottsdale

Look Lab lists several locations, including Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. Its treatment menu names Botox, dermal fillers and Sculptra. Confirm that you are contacting the Scottsdale branch whose review profile appears here, then ask which products and practitioners are available at that location. A brand-wide menu does not establish that every service is available at every branch.

The Perfect Secret Med Spa

The Perfect Secret website presents cases involving Sculptra, dermal fillers and neuromodulators, and gives a Scottsdale contact address. Treat those case examples as the practice's own presentation, rather than independent evidence that the same outcome will suit you. Ask the clinic to explain its proposed treatment in plain language before comparing its plan with another quote.

Moderne Medical Aesthetics

Moderne Medical names Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra and laser treatments on its website. It also publishes a Scottsdale address and team information. If you are comparing neurotoxin appointments, ask which product the quote covers. A Dysport unit price and a Botox unit price are different quotes; request the proposed total and product name rather than comparing the unit number alone.

Collab Medspa - Scottsdale

Collab's Scottsdale site lists Botox, lip and cheek filler, microneedling and laser hair removal. Its menu also includes facials and other services. For someone considering more than one procedure, that breadth creates a useful consultation question: which concern is each proposed treatment meant to address, and can the plan be staged instead of purchased as one package?

The Beauty Fix

The Beauty Fix identifies itself as a North Scottsdale med spa and advertises Botox and facial treatments. Before comparing a facial with an injectable appointment, ask who performs each service and how they are billed. Its smaller review count in this snapshot is visible in the table; the directory does not treat a 5.0 average as proof of clinical skill.

ZONA MED SPA

ZONA's website separates injectables, facials and lasers into menus and names Botox, Dysport, dermal filler brands and SkinPen microneedling. That makes it possible to arrive with a specific product or procedure question. Confirm the current menu, the practitioner assigned to you, and the total treatment cost instead of assuming a listed service is appropriate for your concern.

Compare the appointment, not just the headline price

Ask each clinic for the product or device name, the expected number of appointments, the proposed total, the consultation charge and what follow-up is included. Keep those answers together so you can compare the same scope. A lower headline price may describe a different product or a smaller appointment.

Use our consultation question checklist to prepare for the visit, and follow the steps for checking provider licenses. For injectables, the state scope of practice guide explains why the injector's license and supervision arrangements are separate questions.

Imagine that one clinic quotes a single appointment and another quotes three visits plus follow-up. Before choosing either, ask for the same proposed scope in writing. If the clinician recommends a different approach after evaluating you, compare the revised plan rather than holding them to a package chosen before the consultation.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best med spa in Scottsdale?

There is no single best practice for every patient or procedure. This guide compares six practices using a dated Google review snapshot and services named on their websites. Use it to prepare a shortlist, then verify the practitioner, treatment plan, location, current price and follow-up arrangements during a consultation.

Are these Google ratings current?

The ratings and review counts in the comparison table are the stored July 20, 2026 snapshot. The practice websites were checked separately on October 12, 2026. Those checks do not refresh the ratings. Follow the Google Business Profile source links to see the latest reviews and contact the clinic for current details.

How should I compare Botox or filler prices?

Request the product name, proposed quantity, total appointment cost, consultation fee and follow-up terms from each clinic. Compare quotes for the same proposed scope. A menu price per unit or syringe is a rate, and your individualized treatment plan may use a different quantity or require additional appointments.

Have the practitioners in this guide been clinically vetted?

No. We checked that the practice websites name medical aesthetic services and linked the corresponding register entries. We have not visited these practices, verified individual licenses or audited clinical outcomes. Look up the actual practitioner and prescriber, ask about relevant experience, and discuss suitability with a licensed healthcare professional.
