The Portland section includes 19 medical spas. They were found through Google Maps searches for medical spa, med spa, Botox and aesthetics practices in Portland, Oregon (October 2026). Each practice's own website was checked for medical aesthetic services and a named clinician or medical oversight, and a reviewed photo of the current location was required. Surgical-only practices, IV-only lounges, day spas, salons and esthetician-only studios were excluded. The cohort averages a 4.9 Google rating, with 7 practices holding a 5.0 rating. Listings are ordered using confidence-weighted ratings that balance star rating against review volume. No practice paid for placement on this register.

According to Google neighborhood designations, Southeast Portland and Nob Hill share the most, with three each: Southeast Portland (The Skin Suite Medical Aesthetics, Aluma Aesthetic Medicine, and Art of Injectables); Nob Hill (Skin by Lovely, Fresh Faces Rx, and Lüz Aesthetics Lounge). In the Oregon Medical Board and State Board of Nursing pages reviewed, none is specific to botulinum toxin or dermal filler injections, so this answer cannot name who may inject them.
