Medical spas in Philadelphia, PA

The Philadelphia section lists 26 med spas. The first 15 came from Google Maps searches for "med spa", "medical spa" and "aesthetics botox filler" run in Philadelphia on September 24, 2026. Only businesses inside city limits were kept, and closed listings, surgical practices, day spas and facial-only studios were removed. Working down from the most Google reviews, each business's own website was checked for medical services until 15 qualified. The other 11 were added in October 2026 after further Google Maps searches, each checked against the practice's own website. All 26 carry a Google rating, and they average 4.9. The listings are ordered by Google rating adjusted for review volume, and nobody paid to appear.

Google's neighborhood labels put the largest group in Center City East, with five: Yofi MedSpa, About Face Skincare, 4Ever Young Med Spa & Wellness Center, Body+Beauty Lab and Metro Laser CoolSculpting MedSpa Philadelphia. Rittenhouse Square (Meesha Aesthetics In Philly, Enigma Plastic Surgery, Bella Medspa and LIGHT MedSpa), Northern Liberties (Revive Medical, Studio N, Touch Aesthetic and Philadelphia Facial Plastic Surgery & Medspa) and Center City (The J Spot, Skin Retreat Medspa, SKNDUSTRY and Medspa in Philadelphia - Daya Medspa) have four each. Olde Kensington (PhillyMedClub and Laser Remedy) and North Philadelphia (ZAQ Aesthetics and Nirvana Wellness Med Spa & Beauty) have two each. Botox Cosmetic is a prescription medicine, so a prescriber has to authorize it. Use the Pennsylvania Licensing System (PALS) license search, run by the Pennsylvania Department of State. It shows the license number and status for professionals licensed by the state's boards, including physicians and physician assistants under the State Board of Medicine and the State Board of Osteopathic Medicine, registered and practical nurses and nurse practitioners under the State Board of Nursing, and estheticians under the State Board of Cosmetology. Ask the spa for the full name and license type of the person treating you before you search. Pennsylvania is also a Nurse Licensure Compact state, so an RN or LPN may practice here on a multistate license issued by another compact state; ask which state issued it.
