9 ENTRIES · METRO AVG 4.9 ★ · DATA AS OF NOVEMBER 2026
Anchorage's section of the register lists 9 medical spas, and together they average a 4.9 Google rating. Google places two each in North Star and Midtown, and one each in five other neighborhoods: Airport Heights Community Council, South Addition, Fairview, Bayshore/Klatt and Abbott Loop. Ratings range from 4.4 to 5.0 across 27 to 308 Google reviews per practice, with 4 holding a 5.0 score. Five of the 9 practices list Saturday hours, and Ageless Med Spa also opens on Sunday. For evening visits after work, two locations stay open until 7 PM or later on at least one weekday. Every practice was checked against its own website for medical oversight, and none paid for placement. Neighborhood names are Google's own labels, which can differ from the names residents use. Use the directory below to compare ratings, Google reviews, treatment specialties and neighborhoods, then contact your preferred clinics directly to schedule a clinical consultation.

The Anchorage section includes 9 medical spas. They were found through Google Maps searches for medical spa, med spa, Botox and aesthetics practices in Anchorage, Alaska (November 2026), and each address was checked against the Census city limits. Each practice's own website was checked for medical aesthetic services and a named clinician or medical oversight, and a reviewed photo of the current location was required. Surgical-only practices, IV-only lounges, day spas, salons and esthetician-only studios were excluded. The cohort averages a 4.9 Google rating, with 4 practices holding a 5.0 rating. Listings are ordered using confidence-weighted ratings that balance star rating against review volume. No practice paid for placement on this register.
According to Google neighborhood designations, North Star and Midtown hold two listings each: North Star (Belle Medical and Plastic Surgeons of Alaska); Midtown (Estetica Amore and Aspire Med Spa). Five neighborhoods have one listing each: Airport Heights Community Council (AK Beautiful You Medical Spa), South Addition (Summit Wellness & Spa), Fairview (Boomtown Aesthetics), Bayshore/Klatt (Ageless Med Spa), and Abbott Loop (New Age Medspa). Every listing carries a Google neighborhood label.
Five of the 9 practices publish Saturday hours: Summit Wellness & Spa, Estetica Amore, Boomtown Aesthetics, Ageless Med Spa and New Age Medspa. Ageless Med Spa lists Sunday hours from 12 to 7 PM. For evening treatments, two clinics operate until 7 PM or later on select days: Summit Wellness & Spa and Ageless Med Spa. Confirm current operating hours directly with each clinic prior to visiting.
Alaska State Medical Board guidelines, which are board guidance rather than a statute, say a physician may delegate administering a botulinum toxin or dermal filler to licensed non-physician practitioners such as registered nurses and physician assistants. They require direct supervision, with the physician physically present on-site and immediately available, and they prohibit estheticians from administering Botox or dermal fillers. The Board of Nursing's advisory opinion on medical aesthetic, cosmetic and dermatologic procedures, approved November 6, 2024, says it is not law. It places these procedures within RN and LPN scope when its guidelines are followed, only after a physician, APRN or PA has assessed the patient and set a treatment plan, and it excludes clients under 18. A board regulation, 12 AAC 40.920, bars delegating injectable medications to an agent as a routine duty unless it is a single intramuscular, intradermal or subcutaneous injection and the delegating physician, podiatrist, osteopath or physician assistant is immediately available on site. That regulation covers delegated routine duties only; it does not apply when duties have not been delegated, including when a person is acting within the scope of their own license.
Alaska's Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing runs one Search Professional Licenses page, and its program list includes Medical, Nursing, Physician Associates, and Barbers and Hairdressers. The Board of Barbers and Hairdressers' regulations cover licensure as an esthetician. The search page says reports of disciplinary actions for all professional licenses the division regulates, from 2017 to the present, are on its Disciplinary Action Reports webpage and are updated quarterly. It also says many license actions issued before 2017 will not appear on the website and can be requested through its public records requests page. Ask your provider for their full name and license type before treatment.
