7 ENTRIES · METRO AVG 4.8 ★ · DATA AS OF NOVEMBER 2026
Little Rock's section of the register lists 7 medical spas. Six of them have a Google rating, and those six average a 4.8 Google rating; Ascend Aesthetics & Wellness has no Google rating yet. Google gives a neighborhood label to only one of them, Melanie Prince, MD in Leawood; the others are described by street, on Cantrell Road, Baptist Health Drive, North Shackleford Road, Chenal Parkway and Kanis Road. Among the rated practices, ratings range from 4.3 to 5.0 across 69 to 257 Google reviews per practice, with 2 holding a 5.0 score. None of the 7 practices lists Saturday or Sunday hours, and none stays open until 7 PM or later on a weekday, so plan on a weekday daytime visit. Every practice was checked against its own website for medical oversight, and none paid for placement. Neighborhood names are Google's own labels, which can differ from the names residents use. Use the directory below to compare ratings, Google reviews, treatment specialties and locations, then contact your preferred clinics directly to schedule a clinical consultation.

The Little Rock section includes 7 medical spas. They were found through Google Maps searches for medical spa, med spa, Botox and aesthetics practices in Little Rock, Arkansas (November 2026), and each address was checked against the Census city limits. Each practice's own website was checked for medical aesthetic services and a named clinician or medical oversight, and a reviewed photo of the current location was required. Surgical-only practices, IV-only lounges, day spas, salons and esthetician-only studios were excluded. The six rated practices average a 4.8 Google rating, with 2 holding a 5.0 rating; Ascend Aesthetics & Wellness has no Google rating yet. Listings are ordered using confidence-weighted ratings that balance star rating against review volume. No practice paid for placement on this register.
Google assigns a neighborhood to only one listing: Melanie Prince, MD, on Cantrell Road in Leawood. The rest carry no Google neighborhood label, so they are described here by street. Revive Lifestyle Medicine is also on Cantrell Road. Baptist Health Drive holds Dermatology Group of Arkansas and one other practice. Marina Lifestyle Medicine is on North Shackleford Road, Body Sculpture of Little Rock on Chenal Parkway and Ascend Aesthetics & Wellness on Kanis Road.
None of the 7 practices publishes Saturday or Sunday hours, and none operates until 7 PM or later on any weekday, so the listed hours fall on weekdays only. Confirm current operating hours directly with each clinic prior to visiting.
None of the Arkansas statutes, rules and board documents reviewed here names Botox or dermal fillers. The closest is the Arkansas State Board of Nursing's Position Statement 21-1 on the licensed nurse's role in aesthetics, a board position statement, not a statute or rule. As captured on November 5, 2026, the board's Laws and Rules page lists it under Position Statements, marked adopted January 7, 2021 and revised September 8, 2022. It says aesthetic procedures are within the scope of a trained APRN or RN as part of a medically prescribed plan of care, and not within the scope of an LPN or LPTN. Aesthetic procedures must be prescribed by a qualified physician or an APRN with prescriptive authority, and the APRN or physician must be available to the RN in person or electronically during a procedure. It does not mention injections. The Cosmetology Act, a statute, defines an aesthetician's work as cleaning, waxing and externally manipulating or stimulating the body, without mentioning injections.
Search the board that licenses the person. For nurses, the Board of Nursing's license verification page points to its ASBN Registry Search, which it calls a primary source of verification, and to Nursys, and says Arkansas RNP and LPTN licenses must be checked in the Registry Search. It warns not to accept the blue plastic card or a copy of the license verification report as reliable verification. For physicians and other medical practitioners, the Arkansas State Medical Board's Verify a License search checks license status by license number or last name. Its Directory Search lists only those with an active Arkansas license and a United States address. For an aesthetician, the Department of Health's cosmetology page links a License Verification site. Ask your provider for their full name and license type before treatment.
