Oklahoma City's section of the register lists 26 medical spas, and together they average a 4.9 Google rating. Google places twelve in Northwest Oklahoma City, five in Central Oklahoma City, three in South Oklahoma City, two in Downtown Oklahoma City, and one each in four other neighborhoods. Ratings range from 4.1 to 5.0 across 50 to 948 Google reviews per practice, with 15 holding a 5.0 score. Weekend access is limited: 7 of the 26 practices list Saturday hours, and none list Sunday hours. For evening visits after work, four locations stay open until 7 PM or later on at least one weekday. Every practice was checked against its own website for medical oversight, and none paid for placement. Neighborhood names are Google's own labels, which can differ from the names residents use. Use the directory below to compare ratings, Google reviews, treatment specialties and neighborhoods, then contact your preferred clinics directly to schedule a clinical consultation.

The Oklahoma City section includes 26 medical spas. They were found through Google Maps searches for medical spa, med spa, Botox and aesthetics practices in Oklahoma City (October 2026). Each practice's own website was checked for medical aesthetic services and a named clinician or medical oversight, and a reviewed photo of the current location was required. Surgical-only practices, IV-only lounges, day spas, salons and esthetician-only studios were excluded. The cohort averages a 4.9 Google rating, with 15 practices holding a 5.0 rating. Listings are ordered using confidence-weighted ratings that balance star rating against review volume. No practice paid for placement on this register.
According to Google neighborhood designations, Northwest Oklahoma City holds the most, with twelve: Radiance Medical Aesthetics Of Oklahoma, LOU LOU Med Spa, Aesthetic Center of Excellence (ACE), CLAREBELLA Aesthetics Medspa, Revive Aesthetics Medical Spa, Elysian Wellness & Aesthetics, Premier Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics, Michell Cohn, DO - Cosmetic Surgical Arts and Med Spa, Refined Aesthetics, H-MD Medical Spa - Gaillardia, Advanced Aesthetics, and H-MD Medical Spa - Chisholm Creek. Central Oklahoma City follows with five: Skinlab Injectables, Wheeler Med Spa, Bliss Medical Spa, The Medspa @50th, and Restorative Injectables. South Oklahoma City follows with three: Gudgel Aesthetics, Belle Âme Med Spa, and Revive Clinic. Downtown Oklahoma City follows with two: Sculpted Medical Spas and Belle Rose Aesthetics. Four neighborhoods have one listing each: Historic Brookhaven (The Treatment Room), Uptown Oklahoma City (Lara Clinic), Helm Farm (Mariposa Aesthetics & Laser Center), and Northeast Oklahoma City (Rejuvena Cosmetic Medical Center).
Seven of the 26 practices publish Saturday hours: The Treatment Room, Gudgel Aesthetics, Revive Aesthetics Medical Spa, Lara Clinic, Belle Rose Aesthetics, H-MD Medical Spa - Gaillardia, and H-MD Medical Spa - Chisholm Creek. None of the practices list Sunday hours. For evening treatments, four clinics operate until 7 PM or later on select days: Radiance Medical Aesthetics Of Oklahoma, Wheeler Med Spa, Belle Âme Med Spa, and H-MD Medical Spa - Gaillardia. Confirm current operating hours directly with each clinic prior to visiting.
Oklahoma's Medical Board, Osteopathic Board and Board of Nursing each published a separate guideline or policy for MDs, DOs or nurses, not a statute. The Board of Nursing's Guideline P-25 (approved March 24, 2026) lists neuromodulator and dermal filler injections, such as Botox, among cosmetic procedures licensed RNs and LPNs may perform as ordered by a practitioner with prescriptive authority acting within that practitioner's legal scope of practice, if all its criteria are met. For an RN it requires a valid order and completed history and physical but not an on-site prescriber; for an LPN it adds supervision by an RN, physician or dentist; standing orders are not a substitute. The Osteopathic Board's policy allows RN delegation under general supervision but requires direct supervision for LPNs, estheticians and unlicensed assistants, among others, while the Medical Board's guidelines refer physicians to the Board of Nursing for nurse supervision levels. Cosmetology and Barbering rules put services that puncture the skin, including injections, beyond an esthetician license.
Search the board that licenses the person. The Medical Board runs a licensee search; its notice says disciplinary action information dates back as early as 1984, and that because it is still gathering information about office hours, privileges and insurance, some results may be incomplete. For a DO, the Osteopathic Board offers a Physician Search, and its FAQ says the Disciplinary Actions link lists physicians disciplined in the last five years. For RNs, LPNs and APRNs, the Board of Nursing's homepage links to a license verification lookup portal. The Cosmetology Board's homepage links to a licensing portal, but the page reviewed describes no public license lookup, so confirm with the board. Ask your provider for their full name and license type before treatment.
