8 ENTRIES · METRO AVG 4.9 ★ · DATA AS OF NOVEMBER 2026
Baltimore's section of the register lists 8 medical spas, and together they average a 4.9 Google rating. Google places two in Locust Point and one each in six other neighborhoods: Canton, Canton Industrial Area, Brewers Hill, Fells Point, Wyndhurst and Cross Keys. Ratings range from 4.4 to 5.0 across 25 to 604 Google reviews per practice, with 5 holding a 5.0 score. Weekend appointments are listed at several practices: 4 of the 8 list Saturday hours, and 4 list Sunday hours. For evening visits after work, two locations stay open until 7 PM or later on at least one weekday. Every practice was checked against its own website for medical oversight, and none paid for placement. Neighborhood names are Google's own labels, which can differ from the names residents use. Use the directory below to compare ratings, Google reviews, treatment specialties and neighborhoods, then contact your preferred clinics directly to schedule a clinical consultation.

The Baltimore section includes 8 medical spas. They were found through Google Maps searches for medical spa, med spa, Botox and aesthetics practices in Baltimore, Maryland (November 2026), and each address was checked against the Census city limits. Each practice's own website was checked for medical aesthetic services and a named clinician or medical oversight, and a reviewed photo of the current location was required. Surgical-only practices, IV-only lounges, day spas, salons and esthetician-only studios were excluded. The cohort averages a 4.9 Google rating, with 5 practices holding a 5.0 rating. Listings are ordered using confidence-weighted ratings that balance star rating against review volume. No practice paid for placement on this register.
According to Google neighborhood designations, Locust Point holds two listings: SoBo Aesthetics and InVein Aesthetics. Six neighborhoods have one listing each: Canton (Good To Glow Med Spa and Wellness), Canton Industrial Area (NPOC Wellness and Aesthetics), Brewers Hill (ProMD Tox Bar), Fells Point (Vanity Skin Bar), Wyndhurst (Elegance Aesthetics Med Spa), and Cross Keys (Numa Aesthetics). Every listing carries a Google neighborhood label.
Four of the 8 practices publish Saturday hours: Good To Glow Med Spa and Wellness, SoBo Aesthetics, InVein Aesthetics and NPOC Wellness and Aesthetics. Four list Sunday hours: Elegance Aesthetics Med Spa from 9 AM to 5 PM, Vanity Skin Bar from 10 AM to 4:30 PM, SoBo Aesthetics from 10 AM to 12 PM and NPOC Wellness and Aesthetics from 10 AM to 5 PM. For evening treatments, two clinics operate until 7 PM or later on select days: Numa Aesthetics and SoBo Aesthetics. Confirm current operating hours directly with each clinic prior to visiting.
Two Maryland regulations answer most of this question. The Board of Physicians' rule, COMAR 10.32.09, says a cosmetic medical procedure, which includes injections of medical products, may be delegated to a physician assistant or assigned to another licensed health care provider whose board has determined it falls within that provider's scope. The physician must provide onsite supervision whenever a non-physician performs them, except under some physician assistant agreements. The Board of Nursing's rule, COMAR 10.27.25, lists dermal fillers and neuromuscular agents, which it says include Botox, as Category D injectable treatments, which RNs and LPNs may perform. The nurse must first complete the required education and document competency, needs a completed order from an authorized prescriber and may not use a standing order or protocol. Before the nurse performs the procedure, the prescriber must assess the patient and be physically present in the setting. The State Board of Cosmetologists' scope guidance, a guidance document rather than a rule, lists Botox, fillers and injectables as prohibited services for limited estheticians.
Search the board that licenses the person. The Board of Physicians' Practitioner Profile Search finds practitioners by license number or last name, and its license prefixes are D, H, X or T for a physician and C for a physician assistant. For RNs, LPNs and certified registered nurse practitioners, the Maryland Department of Health's Board of Nursing license lookup searches a health professional's license or certificate status by last name, first name or license number. For a limited esthetician, the Maryland Department of Labor's Cosmetologists Public Query searches active licensees by name, home address, salon or license number. It says it does not include disciplinary actions and to contact the board for those, at 1-888-218-5925 or 410-230-6231. Ask your provider for their full name and license type before treatment.
